Pink Dog Creative & CURVE studios & garden have begun a conversation about AVL 2nd Saturday in the interest of making all the great ART that gets made in Asheville, be more available to all the great folks who seek ART in Asheville. To that end Collect ART Asheville, with the help of River Arts District Artists & the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce is promoting the 2nd Saturday of every month with the collectARTashevillle focus.
By encouraging all artists to think about holding their openings or opening their studios on the second weekends, by celebrating the events that already do take place those weekends, like the RAD Studio Strolls & the LEAF and by helping to encourage new & wonderful venues, installations, pop ups & more for showing/selling ART on 2nd Saturdays... we hope to make accessing ART in Asheville a breeze!
